This Problem is offen come on the desktop screen that report the bug signal
crashed

Steps to Reproduce:
1.when the Fedora is Re-stared 
2.

Actual Results:  
No prblem is occured only one Report bug window is open on the screen with red
alert

Expected Results:  
No window should not come on the desktops
