Right, sorry.
For example while installing packages it is "Install or remove packages -
PolicyKit1-KDE", which under Details says "Provider: Kubuntu".
While opening User Settings it is KdeSudo.

So should I submit this feature request to Kubuntu people?
This means that there is no central system in KDE to deal with my problem?
