When KTorrent downloads video files and directory with this files is open in
Dolphin - videothumbs updates pretty fast, and this eat all my CPU even after
download finished.
Only solution - it's quit from the Dolphin. Not only the folder, but all
application.

I use package: media-video/kffmpegthumbnailer v1.1.0

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start KTorrent
2. Open files destanation dir.
3. CPU up to 100% (100% for kio_thumbnail)
