On kde-4.8.1 when I disconnect openvpn network using networkmanagement (Network
manager client),
kded4 go into some king of endless loop with high cpu usage. The state of tray
get locked.

The state of networkmanagement get frozen too, no new connections can be made,
nor any network can be disconnected.

Killing of kded4, and starting it again make the system usefull again.
