The button to install debugging symbols is still visible and active after
installing debugging symbols for that application. This could lead a user to
believe that the symbols were either not installed, or not installed correctly.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Wait for a program to crash
2. Install its debugging symbols

Actual Results:  
"Install debugging symbols" button still active and visible after debugging
symbols have been correctly installed.

Expected Results:  
Some type of visual confirmation that they are installed and that you should
not be clicking on the button again.
