If you drag a maximed Wobbly Window to bring it back to its normal size and
hold it and drag it around, the wobbling looks strange.
I'm not sure if KDE is the right categorie for this, sorry if not.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Maximize a window
2.Drag it around
Actual Results:  
Strange Wobbling

Expected Results:  
Normal Wobbling
