Every time the monitor is turned on after the screen timeout happens I get an
authentication dialog.



Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. let the display timeout and let kded4 powerdevil/solid power down the
monitor.
2.After that, I press any key, and the dialog is there.

Actual Results:  
Every time the monitor is turned on after the screen timeout happens I get an
authentication dialog.


Expected Results:  
as I have the policies
Get brighness "org.kde.powerdevil.backlighthelper.brightness" and
Set birghtness  "org.kde.powerdevil.backlighthelper.setbrightness"
set to YES, I expect no dialog at all.


I get the following log:

No outputs have backlight property
