I have moved the old sub menu 'Utilities' near the sub menu 'Bureautic'.
I try it by changing something... always the same thing.

I closed the kmenuedit.
I open an another time kmenuedit.
- It show a lot of time the sub menu which I created but which an extended name
(Utilities-1, Utiltilties-2, ....) all these was empty.
- it  show the icon/tool Okular a lot of time (the number of recording wihch I
have done).
- a sub menu ".Hidden (headen)", with a lot of time the "Okular" application.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Move the sub menu "Utilities" at the second position (not near the botom)
2.Record/save the menu, the menu file is calcultated/build.
3.The Menu don't display the sub menu "Utilities", it is in the sub menu
'Bureautic'.
4.I have moved correctly sub menu 'Utilities' ..., I save the same situation.
5.I closed kmenuedit.
6.The Kde Menu as the same mater (Utilities always into the sub menu
Bureautic).
7.I open kmenuedit tool.
8. It show a sub menu ".hidden (hiden)" wich contain a lot of "Okula"r
utulities
9. I remove all utilities of '.hiden...'
10. I close kmenuedit
11. Now, the menu is as I want.
Actual Results:  
After closing KmenuEdit, open it, cleaning the content of menu and closed :
I obtain my menu.
