The audio encoding is actually pretty much broken. So there is data that gets
decoded and there is audio that comes out, but it does not actually sound like
anything.

VLC, featuring a better bogus-encoding-recovery technology does slightly
better, but still mostly garbage.

Nothing we can do about semi-broken files unfortunately.
