Build Identifier:

On the component chooser for text editors, I have an empty drop down list of
editors.
Meanwhile, kwrite and kate are installed in the system, and both when runned
give the following:
"A KDE text-editor component could not be found.
Please check your KDE installation."
Search a bit , through the internet , the proposed "dbus-launcher kwrite" fix,
didn't work.
First appeared after last kde upgrade.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. System Settings ->Default Applications->Emb.Text editor
2.
3.
Actual Results:
I got an empty list of choices. And kwrite, kate give the message mentioned
above.

Expected Results:
Have kwrite, kate on the list of choices for the editor part. And kwrite, kate
launch correctly.
