[Bug 297703] No bouncy cursors!

I'm asking for the default settings to remove the bouncy cursors , the panel
isn't hidden by default. If someone wants starts customizing their setup, they
will find themselves in the Common Appearance and Behavior section of the
systemsettings shortly, where they can customize the launch feedback setting.
I'd like to know how many computers really need launch feedback these days, it
looks better without the feedback in my opinion.
