So, that's all. If I change it to manual proxy settings it works as normal.
This bug exists since update from 4.7.1 to 4.7.2.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Set proxy.pac in system settings instead of manual proxy.

Actual Results:  
Network applications do not load any content.

Expected Results:  
Network applications like plasmoids should load their content normally.
