The stacked popups (note the dark shadow)

Version: 4.7 (using KDE 4.7.2)
OS: Linux

OS: Ubuntu 11.1064bit, KDE 4.7.2 packaged by Kubuntu
Oxygen theme, Oxygen window decorations

Multiple presses of "Action Menu" key while assigning key combination creates a
stack of popups that makes windows stop reacting.

Please excuse my not so good english and read the "steps to reproduce" for more
info.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
This is just one of the possible ways to reproduce this bug (I think).

- Open System Settings
- Select "Desktop Effects"
- Select "All Effects" tab
- Scroll down and select one of the effects with configurable shortcuts, for
example "Desktop Grid"
- Select the shortcut you want to change
- Press "Custom" and then "None" to assign a new shortcut
- Press "Action Menu" (the key near Alt-Gr), a "What's This?" menu will pop
up
- Press "Action Menu", again and again and every time a new "What's This?"
popup menu will stack onto the previous, you can tell it by their shadow
getting thicker and darker.
- Try to move the mouse elsewhere and click on other windows, it will
apparently stop reacting to clicks, what really happens is that every click
closes one of the stacked "What's this" popups. Once the popups are all
closed, you can assign your custom shortcut as requested.

Actual Results:
Every mouseclick goes to the popup, making the desktop stop reacting to mouse
inputs over the other windows

Expected Results:
Just one contextual menu, not a stack of menus
