dolphin (1.6.1) on KDE Platform 4.6.5 (4.6.5) using Qt 4.7.2

- What I was doing when the application crashed:

hovered over doc file on my flash drive. ubuntu with kubuntu-desktop and
default settings for all kde workspace is used.
