I'm still on ext3..I need time to do a backup before doing such big step.
This is what I have in /etc/mtab (using two active kde sessions)
/dev/sdb1 / ext3
rw,noatime,errors=continue,user_xattr,acl,commit=5,barrier=1,data=ordered 0 0
And this in /etc/fstab
/dev/disk/by-id/scsi-SATA_WDC_WD20EARS-00_WD-WMAZA3056259-part1 /              
     ext3       noatime,acl,user_xattr        1 1
