crash report, the wizard can't send it because kded crash

Version:           4.6 (using KDE 4.6.2) 
OS:                Linux

kdeinit4 crash at boot, always, i have reinstall Xorg, kde and network
management, i don't have a wacom tablet (kde-config-tablet), like i see on
another bug 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
boot or reboot KDE/Kubuntu

Actual Results:  
kded, and networkmanagement don't work, wireless is always off, but wired works
ok
