Summary: kded4 uses 100% CPU when MS VPN is disconnected
           Product: kdelibs
           Version: 4.6
          Platform: Ubuntu Packages
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: kded
        AssignedTo: unassigned-bugs at kde.org
        ReportedBy: roman.vanicek at gmail.com

Version: 4.6 (using KDE 4.6.2)
OS: Linux

When I disconnect from MS VPN using KDE dialog (Connections -> Virtual Private
Network -> Disconnect), the network is disconnected but the kded4 process takes
100% CPU and runs forever. It even cannot be killed and I have to kill -9.

When I kill it and start it again, it works fine (until the next VPN
disconnect).

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Connections -> click on the VPN (connect).
Connections -> click on the X at the VPN name (disconnect).

Actual Results:
kded4 process eats 100% CPU and runs forever.

The same functions worked fine in KDE 4.5.
