Kded4 slows down the system noticeable.
After starting kded4 / or after booting the system kded4 allways generates one
zombie:

 2773 pts/0    00:00:00 kded4
 2781 pts/0    00:00:00 kded4 <defunct>

Sometimes kded4s CPU usage is increasing to 100% and the computer isn't
responding. That behavior is similar to a fork bomb, because the process
doesn't use one core (of 4), like other hanging processes (-> Normally 1 core
at 100% CPU usage)
