I noticed that I get open with when I set my options to thumbnail html files,
that on some it brings up a whole bunch of open with prompts even though I did
not open anything

It seems to do this when previewing html files with frames.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
enable html thumbnails in dolphin, and thumbnail a html file with frames
