Summary: Global Keyboard Shortcuts not working when keyboard
                    layout set to german/neo2
           Product: kde
           Version: 4.6
          Platform: Ubuntu Packages
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
        AssignedTo: unassigned-bugs at kde.org
        ReportedBy: JimmyPaterson at gmx.de

Version: 4.6 (using KDE 4.6.3)
OS: Linux

For some reason ever since the upgrade to 11.04 the global keyboard shortcuts
(e.g. logout: Ctrl+Alt+L, increase volume: Fn + Inc. Volume Btn, shutdown:
Ctrl+Alt+Esc, ...) have stopped working with the german neo2 keyboard layout.
Switching back to german/no acute keys keyboard layout "fixes" this issue.
I've already deleted my .kde folder.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Open systemsettings->input devices->keyboard & add and select German/Neo 2 as a
keyboard layout.

Actual Results:
Global keyboard shortcuts not working (none of them as far as I can tell).

Expected Results:
Keyboard shortcuts should be working.
