Screenshot of panel symbol replaced by placeholder

Version: unspecified (using KDE 4.7.0)
OS: Linux

If you right-click a panel symbol, choose "symbol preferences" and change any
preferences, such as description or comment, the symbol disappears and is
replaced by a white placeholder.
However, if you reassign the symbol manually using the tab named "General", you
can change preferences afterwards without re-encountering this issue. The
symbol won't disappear any more.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Right-click a panel symbol, choose "symbol preferences" and change any
preferences, such as description or comment.

Actual Results:
The symbol disappears and is replaced by a white placeholder.

Expected Results:
It should just change the preferences without removing the associated symbol.
