Settings example

Version: Git (using Devel)
OS: Linux

1. I have disabled energy saving as KDE was installed on my PC. But settings I
have made in systemsettings doesn't take any effect, moreover there is some
weird DPMS values (you can see on the screenshot). If I will enable the "Screen
Energy Saving" option and then disable it — xset -q shows that DPMS is
disabled, but these changes will be lost after the PC reboot.

2. Power button handling doesn't work correctly too. I've set the "When power
button pressed" option to "Prompt log out dialog", but nothing happens when I
press the power button. But it works properly if I'll set this option to "Turn
off the screen", so the button itself is working.

The second problem started to appears about a year ago. But before, when I
pressed the power button it could take about 1-2 minutes before the dialog will
be appeared. Currently it doesn't appears at all. In .xsession-errors there is
only one line:
kded(1650) PowerDevil::Action::trigger: Unsatisfied policies, the action has
been aborted

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Disable screen energy saving and reboot.

Expected Results:
KDE should disable DPMS if it was disabled in energy saving settings and set
the Standby/Suspend/Off values properly. Also it shouldn't lost these changes
after reboot.

The log out dialog should appears immediately if the power button have been
pressed.
