[Bug 283560] When I ran 'apt-get update && apt-get upgrade' my KDE was updated from 4.6.2 to 4.6.5, upon restarting, the desktop would not load.

This is basically a downstream problem. If similar problem happens again in the
future, it is better to report to and ask for help from your distribution.
