I cannot reproduce your bug in kubuntu 11.04/kde 4.7.0, master + branch 4.7
compiled from sources and various virtual machines with several kde's from
3.5.9 up to 4.6.x.

I am slowly running out of ideas, but do you have a package docbook-xsl?
