You error message "The requested help file could not be parsed..." is from
kio_help.cpp file.

Do you have "customization/kde-chunk.xsl" e.g in:
/usr/share/apps/ksgmltools2/customization/kde-chunk.xsl
or
/usr/share/kde4/apps/ksgmltools2/customization/kde-chunk.xsl

Open a konsole and enter "locate customization/kde-chunk.xsl" to find that file
