So did I get it right that the bug is something like that:
1. You open krandr configuration, make the necessary settings on monitor layout
2. You apply them clicking Apply button and they are applied correctly.
3. You save them as default clicking Save as default.
4. But in spite of that it's written to ~/.kde/share/config/krandrrc that CRT2
is disabled (Active=false) but StartupCommands are stored correctly.
5. The behaviour above take place when there's some kind of previously stored
config. If you remove it out and configure everything once again the bug isn't
reproducible.

Is everything right?
