Summary: KDE should update XftSubpixel setting when using
"System Settings" for font and fontconfig settings is
                    changed
           Product: kde
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: Unlisted Binaries
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
        AssignedTo: unassigned-bugs at kde.org
        ReportedBy: lamefun.x0r at gmail.com

Version: unspecified
OS: Linux

I've disabled subpixel redering in my /etc/fonts/conf.d/10-rendering.conf and
removed my ~/.fonts.conf, but only GTK applications stopped to use
antialiasing, KDE applications still used it. I've found out that kdeglobals
still has XftSubpixel=true and after I changed it, kde applications started to
use greyscale antialiasing.

Reproducible: Always
