When icon set in KStatusNotifierItem exceeds some size it's not being shown at
all which is confusing. It should be either scaled down (preferred) or clipped,
or (the best) allow to specify which way to deal with it.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Configure couple keyboard layouts
2. Give one layout short label (e.g. default)
3. Give second layout long label (e.g. WWW)
4. Try to switch between layouts

Actual Results:  
When trying to show long text (text is painted as an icon) the longer one won't
show at all.

Expected Results:  
Scaled down or clipped. Not showing icon at all does not make sense.
