Reporter apparently switched 3 for 4 and meant to write KDE 4.3. I compounded
the problem & did the same thing.  Please consider this issue as ''since KDE
4.3.*'' (not 3.4.0) ... 
Sorry 'bout that.  WCIS? ...it's one of those days.
