Summary: Can't open URLs like ssh://user@server
           Product: kde
           Version: 4.5
          Platform: Fedora RPMs
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
        AssignedTo: unassigned-bugs at kde.org
        ReportedBy: chgonzalezg at gmail.com

Version: 4.5 (using KDE 4.5.2)
OS: Linux

With KDE SC 4.5.1, when I try to open an URL like this:

    ssh://usuer@server

a Konsole appears and a SSH conection is established. Now I've updated
to 4.5.2 and this message appears:

    Error - KIOExec
Could not start process Unable to create io-slave:
klauncher said: Error al cargar «ktelnetservice %u».

This is very uncomfortable since I use KeePassx to store all my
server's URLs (in ssh://usuer@server form) and passwords and now
I can't click to open :-(.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install KeePassX or any other app than can store URL in custom forms
2. Create an entry with an URL like ssh://user@server
3. Doble-click over URL column

Actual Results:
Error - KIOExec
Could not start process Unable to create io-slave:
klauncher said: Error al cargar «ktelnetservice %u».

Expected Results:
A Konsole is open an a SSH conection is established.

I *think* this bug can be related to SVN commit 1184941
(http://osdir.com/ml/kde-commits/2010-10/msg03648.html) but I'm not a developer
so I'm not sure.

I'm using Fedora 13 with kde-testing repo enabled. As I've noted, with KDE
4.5.1 from the same repo ktelnetservice is working as expected.
