A good way to find that out is to ask/search in forums, instead of in a bug
tracker, because if someone here would be aware of such a bug in KDE it would
be fixed instantly.

I even doubt that the bug is related to KDE at all. A way to find out would be
to run a different desktop (e.g. LXDE or Xfce).
