KFind has no menu item under Tools in Konqueror or Dolphin. These applications
used to have such a menu item in KDE-4.5.x and below to search a directory for
files under it. Now they are gone and there's no way to search a directory for
files.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. As a new user install KDE-4 and kfind and start a dolphin or konqueror
session.

2. There is no Find File menu item in the Tool menu.
