I have the same problem, Archlinux, KDEmod 4.4.3.

I just wrote an email in Kontact, opened Konqueror, found a page, copied the
url, closed Konqueror and wanted to paste in Kontact, but the url was gone...

I could to the same thing as Konqueror was still open...

I encounterd this bug with pasting text from a kate session as well. Close kate
before pasting and the text is vanished from clipboard.

Klipper is running...
