For the moment there is a workaround: If the mouse pointer is moved near the
edge near the other screen and you wait until the toolbar vanishes. When you
move it now to the other screen the toolbar will fail to appear (probably due
to mouse being moved to short a distance - on this screen - for the toolbar to
trigger it's appearance)
