Summary: KDE gets greedy after a few days of continuous running
           Product: kde
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: Ubuntu Packages
        OS/Version: unspecified
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
        AssignedTo: unassigned-bugs at kde.org
        ReportedBy: andreas at pietzowski.de

Version: (using KDE 4.4.1)
Installed from: Ubuntu Packages

After logging in KDE really seems snappy. But after a few days I have to
reboot/logout because of many different issues:

1. Mouse hands sometimes
2. Windows have big delay when moving/resizing
3. Dialog for opening files gets very slow

The swap seems to bee full of data (as far as my KDE memory monitor tells me)

I also have disabled nepomuk. With nepomuk enabled the hard drive is too busy
all the time that working is nearly impossible without waiting for system
response. So nepomuk cant be the reason for the slow KDE after some days I
guess.
