Are you certain this here bug is a dupe of bug 114895 ? I mean, this here is
about app icons -- that one is about toolbar icons. (App icon as chosen via any
icon on the desktop -> RMB -> Properties -> <Icon> icon -> choose one.)

Also, as most of my reports get closed because of not anymore relevant to KDE4:
Does this here bug exist in KDE4, still?
