Version:           0.7 (using KDE 4.4.4) 
OS:                Linux

In the Menu editor I add an item.
When saving the configuration, the window updating system configuration pops
up. After saving configuration is on 100%, the window stays the bar goes to 0%
and start incrementing again. This goes into continuous loop, untill I cancel
the job.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Open KDE Menu Editor.
Add item VLCLan (in Multimedia/Video Player). Item: /usr/bin/vlc; comment
"VideoLan Media Player" 
Click Save. 

Actual Results:  
Window "updating system configuration" opens and shows progress of saving
(0-100)

Expected Results:  
Window stays open. Progress bar display continuous loop (0-100%).
This updating takes more time every next loop.

Finish saving the configuration.
