I ment that if i first open the dvd with dolphin it worked fine.

Tryed also a different device and that one worked as expected. The problem may
be relatet to my dvd-device (Plextor PX712A (Just remember that i had alredy
trouble with that device in the past)). 
Also noticed that the working device shows the option "play dvd" in the kde
open dialog. It's not the case with the Plextor. 
By the way, if i open the Dragonplayer a second time after the crash it also
works. 

So it seams that i just have a special hardware situation...
Well, after all it plays DVD's :)
