When I start downloading a file, for example to open it with okular, a file
transfer notification dialog is shown in the lower right corner.

However one does not see the dialog directly. First a shape with the form of
the dialog is shown filled with garbage. Then the shape is filled with the
correct contents.

It appears as if first just uninitialized memory is used to print the dialog.
