  While using some text editors, sometimes you cannot type in anything into the
file name entry of the save file dialog.
  This bug happens occationally, sometimes you can type in the file name
normally.

- At least, these applications are affected:
  Kate
  Kwrite

- It seems that non-kde apps are not affected at all. The gedit editor never
have this problem.

- I've found that "openoffice base" also have this problem, but it's more
serious. Sometimes one cannot type in anything into its entries.
