Same issue here!
I want my system in english, on user in espagnol and other user in french.
But the user session text is not fully translated.
For set fully in user session the language I need set this variable of
environment, which should by set by KDE:
LANG="fr_FR.UTF-8"
LC_COLLATE="C"
