Here using:

on ArchLinux i686 - Kernel 2.6.30.6

I can confirm this bug with the "Configure Notifications" dialog, but not with
the "Configure Toolbars". "Configure Shortcuts" seems to be modal so it doesn't
cause the described behavior.
