This bug was first reported on September 2008 and now we are on October 2009.
More than one year and not solution yet. For me this is the worst ever bug with
kde. It make this environment not usable for me. 

I think that all improvements in KDE are not valuable if the keyboard does not
work wll. The keyboard is basic in the interaction with the computer. Problems
like this makes people do a change of window manager environment. 

Please a "real" solution for this !!!.
