Summary: Any operation in the mouse configurator section of
KDE system & settings causes crash when two mouses are
                    attached
           Product: kde
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: SuSE RPMs
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: crash
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
        AssignedTo: unassigned-bugs at kde.org
        ReportedBy: nice at titanic.nyme.hu

Version: (using KDE 4.3.1)
OS: Linux
Installed from: SuSE RPMs

I have a Compaq nc6320 notebook which includes a touch pad. If I want to change
any mouse property in the KDE system & setting (e.g. doubleclick opens files
instead of single click, mouse's layout is left-hand instead of right-hand,
etc.) while an USB mouse is plugged into the notebook (i.e. there are more than
one mouse devices in the system), the system & settings application crashes
immediately. Sometimes the settings I've done come into effect, but seemingly
not saved into the configuration. For example I switched to reverse scrolling,
applied it, then system & settings crashed. At this point scolling became
suddenly reverse in firefox, but after starting system & settings -> mouse
settings again (which crashed of course) scrolling become the dafault again.

Here is a backlog from the crashed application:

Application: Rendszerbeállítások (systemsettings), signal: Segmentation fault
