- evdev
- ps2/usb (both trigger it)
- no global listeners AFAIK (except synergys, but stopping it makes no
difference)
- compositing is irrelevant, I can trigger it either way (no specific window
switching effect either, just the standard window list)
- click focus model (Windows style)
