I've noticed that 99% of the cases when this bug hits me is when I do
[Alt]+[Tab] to switch between apps and one of them is Krusader. With Krusader
turned off I can work whole day without stepping on this bug.
Additionally I can confirm that workaround proposed in several entries (eg.
#148) - [Alt]+mouse to move the window - works for me too.
