Are you sure you have installed the right debug packages? I don't use OpenSuse,
so I don't know the exact name of the package you must have - it probably has
kdebase or kdebase-workspace in its name.

The backtrace itself does not help much without the missing debug information.
Can you install the missing debug packages and try to post a newer, more
detailed backtrace?

No problem, your system language probably doesn't have anything to do with it.
