Error while building kdebase-runtime-4.3.3

Bulding sequence:
kdesupport from trunk
kdelibs
kdeexperimental
kdepimlibs
kdebase
kdebaseworkspace

Initially tried to build it with soprano from kdesupport(trunk) then tried
Soprano version: soprano-2.3.1. The error appears in both cases even though the
build sequence was done performed.

Linux version: Slackware 13.0

Error:
