Summary: kio_audiocd write id3v1 tags instead of id3v2
           Product: kde
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: Archlinux Packages
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: wishlist
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
        AssignedTo: unassigned-bugs at kde.org
        ReportedBy: rapkasta at gmail.com

Version: (using KDE 4.3.2)
OS: Linux
Installed from: Archlinux Packages

When I copy files from audiocd:/MP3/ or listen music on amarok (or other
player, that use kio_audiocd), non-english tags are broken because of
kio_audiocd write tags in utf8 w/o writing encoding in it.
So, convert tags to id3v2 can help resolve problem.

How to reproduce:
1)Get audio cd with non-eglish artist
2)See tags in amarok OR copy files from audiocd:/MP3/ and see tags

How to fix for user:
1)copy files from audiocd:/MP3/
2)using one of id3-convert program (such as easyTag), convert id3v1 to id3v2
with utf8 encoding

//sorry for my bad English
