Btw there is bug https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=137288 against 3.x . It
seems like this is an x11 bug somehow triggered by some applications. 

I would love to work on the bug but can't reproduce it here. I had it for a
short period but after upgrading my pc out of necessity (motherboard failure i
never experienced the problem again)

I did change global shortcuts handling for 4.3. Is someone experiencing the
problem with 4.3beta packages or using trunk?.
